SHIPPING POLICY

At HENAUZ, every piece is crafted with intention and designed to celebrate the beauty of natural materials and thoughtful making. To ensure it arrives in perfect condition, each order is carefully packaged using recyclable or biodegradable materials and double-boxed for protection.
 

Production & Lead Times

Most HENAUZ pieces are made to order and require approximately 6–12 weeks before shipment. This production timeline allows us to create each piece with the attention to detail and quality that define our work.

Items marked In Stock will typically ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier schedules.

International Shipping

At this time, international orders are arranged on an individual basis to ensure the safest and most appropriate shipping method for each piece.
If you would like to place an order outside the United States, please contact studio@henauz.com before purchasing. We will provide a personalized shipping quote, estimated delivery timeline, and any information regarding customs or import requirements for your destination.

Electrical Specifications
HENAUZ lighting is wired for 120V. If your project requires custom wiring or has specific electrical requirements, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm compatibility.
