HENAUZ lighting is designed for interior environments and wired for compatibility with U.S. electrical systems unless otherwise specified.
Each lighting piece is engineered with a specific bulb type, wattage range, and configuration. Always refer to the documentation provided with your piece and use only the recommended bulb specifications. Using bulbs outside the intended range may result in excessive heat, reduced performance, or damage.
For safe operation:
• Indoor use unless otherwise noted
• Use only compatible bulbs and electrical components
• Place lighting on stable surfaces or install securely according to instructions
• Keep away from water, excessive humidity, and direct heat sources
• Do not modify wiring, sockets, or electrical components
• Disconnect power before cleaning, moving, or servicing
• Discontinue use if wiring, sockets, or components appear damaged
Thoughtful use preserves both the safety and longevity of the piece. If guidance or replacement components are needed, the studio is available to assist.

Product Nature
All HENAUZ pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in form, tone, texture, and surface are inherent to the making process and are considered part of the character of each object.
Orders & Availability
Production quantities are limited. HENAUZ reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Ownership transfers to the purchaser once the item is released to the carrier.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, sales are final except in cases of shipping damage or confirmed defects reported within five days of delivery.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and written content are the property of HENAUZ and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Updates
These terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Product Warranty
HENAUZ warrants its lighting pieces to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three months from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to the structural integrity of the ceramic body and the functionality of the electrical assembly under normal residential use.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, HENAUZ will, at its discretion, repair the piece, replace defective components, or provide a replacement when feasible.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, environmental exposure, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographs of the issue to hello@henauz.com.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a piece ever needs support, repair, or guidance, our studio remains available. Objects made with intention deserve continuity, not disposability.
